The Digital Inspections Support Team is here to help you in any way we can. Technical support is provided to you as part of your purchase contract and annual service agreement. The Support Team is available by e-mail or the telephone between 07:00–17:00 (5:00 p.m.) Pacific Time (10:00–20:00 Eastern Time). Voice-message is available when our offices are not open. Do you have questions? Our knowledge base is full of useful information about different properties of Cascade, problems that others have run into, and how-to articles to use Cascade to its fullest ability. Our support staff is adding new articles to it daily, and it is the first place to look when you have questions. If you do not find the answer to your question, please fill out the support request form in the knowledge base. A support member will then be able to address your issue. The Digital Inspections Knowledge Base is easy to access: simply click the link the left. To enter the Cascade Knowledge Base, you need to have your login and password given to you at your time of purchase.  If you have questions about your login, please email support.

 
Digital Inspections Live (WebEx) E-mail

Digital Inspections is pleased to provide this service for our customers (or potential customers!). Now you can show us what you are talking about in real time, over the internet, through your browser. Our support staff can train you on a new feature or our sales staff can demonstrate a new product or module. Our newsletters are a great way to hear what is going on at Digital Inspections and what is coming up for Cascade.  The Cascade News is published quarterly (four times a year). Read the latest news or look back at the useful instruction and ideas of the older newsletters.
